Mark and I love making goat milk soap! I measure the ingredients and Mark stirs and pours the lavender scented mixture into molds. Then we wait as the mixture goes through a process called saponification and becomes a beautiful bar of soap. Our soap customers often say, “This soap is too beautiful to use!” But DO use it! During the pandemic, the feel and relaxing scent of this luxurious soap makes hand washing something you look forward to.
Tomorrow is soap making day—and we’ll make more bars of soap which are “too beautiful to use.”
